Cesserie + Don

Holy Chemistry! I honestly have not witnessed a connection like the one between Don and Cesserie. — By the way, how cool is her name?! It’s just the tip of the coolness iceberg with these two. — I have to be honest, with them both being in the military I was a bit worried their personalities would need some coaxing. It took all of about 20 seconds of interacting with them to realize that was NOT going to be a problem. Cesserie and Don are super fun-loving, easy going, and not to mention a gorgeous couple! They are so comfortable together, never stop laughing or playing, and hardly needed any direction. Do you guys want to get married every year, because I have zero objections to that idea! First Stop: Loose Park

See what I mean?! It was a constant smile fest! Even falling over, she’s gorgeous and in love. ↓

Cesserie and Don brought some of their military garb to include in their pictures. It’s part of their love story, not to mention representative of their core values. They’ll actually be stationed thousands of miles apart right up until the wedding. I may be a creepy little sap, but I kind of find that romantic!

Last stop: Downtown KC

I love that my clients don’t even flinch when I say, ‘Ok, here’s my phone playing your inspiration music; just stick it in your boot or something and go!’ and off they go, dancing in the warm sunshine as the sun sets!

I love playing with focus like this ↓. Not focusing on their faces almost adds tangibility to the intimacy of their moment. And if they hate it, there’s a full focus one in their gallery! 😉

When there’s gorgeous light in the stairwell, you take pictures in the stairwell. End of story.
