What do you get when you combine a New York City, killer rooftop views, an 80 degree day, and a super down-to-earth and fun loving couple? Perfection, that’s what!
Danielle and Sean chose to structure their day a bit differently than most- and I LOVED it. Because the majority of their guests traveled for their destination wedding, the two decided to opt out of any off-location portraits on their big day so as not to spend any time away from their friends and family. Instead, we shot elopement style portraits at sunrise the morning before their big day at some of the most beautiful and iconic spots in all of Manhattan. If you missed that post, check it out here!
As for their wedding day, this pair did not disappoint their out of town crew. They hosted a beautiful, modern and minimalistic wedding at The Press Lounge in Manhattan. The views, the people, and the party were unmatched. Scroll on to see it all!
Danielle & Sean,
I can’t thank you enough for allowing me the privilege of documenting your day! I’ve enjoyed every minute of our time working together and I’m so sad that your big day is already behind us! I’d wish you luck, but I know you don’t need it. If your energy on your wedding day is any indication of what your future has in store, I’d say it’s smooth sailing with no shortage of friendships and fun times. Thank you again, and keep in touch!
