This engagement shoot was such a treat! I got to shoot in new locations, and this couple was up for anything! A lot of people are leery about having their images taken in the dead of winter. It’s definitely cold, but if you can tough it out there is such creative opportunity! I love the winding leafless trees and the unique contrast that can develop from the monochromatic linear elements! Enough of my obnoxious artistic jargon- let’s talk about Sean and Jamie!

Jamie happens to be my sister’s best friend. This one. They will be each others maids of honor in May and October. Such an exciting time for our families! I loved getting to spend more time with Sean too! They are a great couple with lots of excitement to look forward to this year. Happy 2014!
